The Forgotten Door

Hello there, nice to meet you.

I don't know about you but I find myself constantly on the prowl for new sources of creative inspiration, whether it's architectural plans, illustration, skateboarding videos, fashion, furniture design or some bizarre, niche technological advance.

If things go to plan, the most intriguing and exciting of these discoveries and some incredible, inspiring photography will wash up here, on the shores of Tumblr.

You can find my own photographic endeavours over on my blog which is located at www.wearehomegrown.co.uk

  • …most of us are not “true believers” in either religion or in secularism, and that Britain is neither a religious country nor a secular one, but an interesting mix of both.

That doesn’t make us muddled, or woolly, or confused – it just makes us British.

Linda Woodhead, Richard Dawkins has uncovered a very British form of Christianity.

  • Spiritual practice is a lot closer to art than science

I’ll continue to defend spiritual belief, as long as it’s recognised by the practitioner to be a subjective and experiential phenomenon, not one that is amenable to objective proof within the scientific arena, and one whose historical antecedents are recognised.

In summary, to aim at a degree of epistemological precision, I may claim that I believe, but I cannot claim that I know.
