A Graphic Alphabet
Jeff Canham is widely known in the surf community as the former art director of Surfer Magazine, whose work is heavily colourful and typographically focused. He’s recently teamed with bi-coastal The Standard Hotel, for “A Graphic Alphabet,” a playful pennant-based reinterpretation of the traditional 26-character alphabet.
Three over-sized, five-foot flags will be on display in The Standard’s Living Room and one-site specific piece will be created in The Shop. Now you’ve got a reason to chase endless summer.
